Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to run scans, respond to customers, deliver work, secure the service, and understand the purchase journey.

Effective August 16, 2026

Information we collect

  • Website addresses you submit and the public-page scan results.
  • Your email, business name, plan interest, and messages.
  • Order, subscription, invoice, and payment status from Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Short-lived session identifiers and events such as page view, scan, email submission, checkout start, and paid status.
  • Technical security data. We hash an IP address with the route name for temporary rate limiting; we do not use the hash to build an advertising profile.
  • Site access and business materials you voluntarily provide for paid delivery.

How we use it

We use information to provide and improve the Service, prepare scans and releases, answer requests, process and reconcile subscriptions, prevent abuse, measure the visit-to-paid funnel, keep records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Stripe for billing and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites infrastructure for hosting, security, and application data. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep lead, customer, billing, delivery, and accounting records as long as needed for the relationship, legitimate business records, disputes, tax, and legal obligations. Rate-limit records expire automatically. Product analytics are kept only as long as useful for operating and improving the funnel. You may ask us to delete information unless we must retain it.

Choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of nonessential communications, or raise a privacy question by emailing andrew@emaration.ai. Applicable law may provide additional rights. Stripe manages payment-method information entered on its checkout pages.

Security and children

We use access controls, scoped secrets, signed billing webhooks, input limits, and other safeguards appropriate to the Service. No method is perfectly secure. The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Updates

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted here.
